Shipping | Please allow 3-5 weeks to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email orders@botitas.world for further assistance.

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Delivery | Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. Unfortunately, we have no control over delays, and cannot predict what they may be. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice, please contact USPS or your local mail carrier immediately.

Return Policy | All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at orders@botitas.world within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
